Using our services means you've accepted these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use BalVPS.
BalVPS provides KVM-based virtual private server hosting in Tallinn, Estonia. Plan specifications are listed on the Plans page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable advance notice.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You may not use BalVPS infrastructure for:
We take abuse seriously. Violations can result in immediate suspension without refund.
Services are billed monthly in advance. All payments are non-refundable. Once a VPS has been provisioned and activated, no refunds will be issued — including for unused days if the service is cancelled mid-billing period. Failure to pay will result in suspension and eventual termination of your service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, abusive behaviour toward staff or other customers, non-payment, or actions that put our infrastructure or other customers at risk. Where possible we'll give warning before suspension, but serious violations may result in immediate action.
BalVPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be handled under Estonian jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email for significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
