When you create an account or order a service, we collect the information needed to provide that service — your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, FreeKassa) and we don't store your full card details on our systems.
When you use our services, we also collect technical data such as your IP address, server usage statistics, and support ticket history. This data is used to operate and improve the service.
We don't collect data we don't need. We don't build advertising profiles. We don't sell your data to anyone.
We use the data we collect to provision and manage your VPS services, process payments, send service-related notifications (invoices, maintenance windows, account alerts), and respond to support requests.
We don't use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We don't share your data with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service.
Your data is stored on servers located in Tallinn, Estonia, within the European Union. It does not leave the EEA. We operate under GDPR and Estonian data protection law, which means your data has the full protection of EU privacy regulation.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and financial obligations. Support ticket history is retained for operational purposes.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email. Minor updates will be posted here with a revised date at the top.
